Membership is billed annually. Once you submit your application, our team will follow up with an invoice and onboarding details within 2 business days.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we’ll prorate the difference for the remainder of your membership year.
You’ll receive a welcome package with your login credentials, event calendar, and a dedicated onboarding call to get your team set up.
Corporate tiers (Small-Business, ERG, and Enterprise) cover your entire organization. Individual memberships are single-seat.
